2022 Dally M Medallist Nicho Hynes is crediting the Melbourne Storm for his success.

The Cronulla Sharks Halfback finished five votes ahead of Roosters fullback James Tedesco.

Hynes told Chris Smith he owes “a hell of a lot to the Melbourne Storm”.

“They gave me my first crack that no one else was willing to give me.

“I wouldn’t be the rugby league player I am now without the Melbourne Storm.”
