Australian swimmer and four-time Olympic gold medallist Ariarne Titmus spoke with Mark Levy shortly after announcing her retirement at the age of 25, effective immediately.

Titmus spoke honestly with Levy about her journey and eventual Olympic triumph, and how nothing ever came easy.
