In the ad, Mr Albanese opines: “Australians deserve a Prime Minister who shows up, who takes responsibility and who works with people.”

“I’m mean, seriously,” Jim Wilson reacted, saying this message was at odds with the Labor leader’s response to Kimberly Kitching’s death.

“It just doesn’t wash, and I’m sure it won’t wash with the Australian people,” Jim said.

“You need to walk your talk, you need to be accountable.”
