The NSW Customer Service Minister says 180,000 people have registered for authorised workers permits.

Workers inside the hotspot LGAs will need to carry a permit from tomorrow.

Service NSW crashed several times last night when the permits were released.

Minister Victor Dominello told Ben Fordham he apologises “unreservedly”.
