The Voice is absolutely everywhere across Australia as campaigning continues, with signs and placards up and around the suburbs supporting the referendum.

Kids, being curious, are keen to find out what is happening – which can lead to some awkward discussions. Clinical psychiatrist Tanveer Ahmed joined James Willis to discuss how parents can approach political issues with their kids, such as The Voice referendum.

Australian children typically begin learning about governance and parliamentary systems near the end of their primary school days, before education is ramped up in high schools.
