Do you find yourself needing a nap during the day? 

If you’re an avid napper, you should know, that there could be risks involved. 

New research shows that people who nap during the day are at greater risk of having a heart attack or stroke. 

If you nap for more than 30 minutes a day you are 23% more likely to develop heart disease.
