New South Wales oysters have been in tight supply with harvest on hold across the state due to damage from flood-prone areas.

The impact on oyster farmers has been immense and Chair of Oyster Committee at NSW Farmers Federation Todd Graham told Deborah Knight there is a lot of infrastructure damage.

“There have been big mortalities within the industry as well,” he said.
