Heston Blumenthal reveals why Australia is unlike anywhere in the world
If you don’t know the name Heston Blumenthal, you’ve probably been living under a rock.
The world-renowned British chef is famous for experimenting with food, with his weird and wacky creations winning him numerous awards and the hearts of foodies all over the world.
Today, Ben Fordham has welcomed the legendary chef into his studio.
And the food genius has some very complimentary things to say about Australia’s food scene.
“I love this country. And one of the really great things about here is that modern Australia has evolved on steroids. It’s sky-rocketed.
“I’ve never seen a food explosion like this happen… anywhere in the world.
“There’s such a wide range of foods to be able to eat, the quality of what you can get here is incredible.”
