A bizarre judgement has been delivered by the NSW District Court.

Judge Alister Abadee upheld an earlier sentence, handed down to child sex predator Kahdir Kamoun, in Bankstown Local Court.

In his judgement, Judge Adadee switches between he/him and she/her pronouns, while describing the offender.

The Judgement says Kamoun was “born a biological male” but “she identifies as female”.

Describing an attack on a teenage boy in a shopping centre bathroom at Bankstown, the judgement claims Kamoun exposed “her penis”.
