Could Tony Abbott be making a bid to return to politics?

David Elliott has pointed out that the former Prime Minister, who no longer has a seat, will soon be hosting the Headland speech, something he notes is usually reserved for the Parliamentary Head.

“If I were Angus Taylor … I would be asking the Party President why the hell are you giving a Headland statement … why are you giving your vision?” he said.
