NRL great Brad Fittler has weighed in on Billy Slater’s reaction to comments made by former League forward Aaron Woods.

Fittler noted Woods had made the impromptu comments on a new radio show, and questioned if he still backed those comments.

“He speaks from the heart, Billy, and he always has … Billy’s never been one to shy away from confrontation,” he told Adam Hawse.
