Jordan van den Berg operates “Shit Rentals”, where he verifies and publishes bad experiences with landlords and agents across Australia. He describes it as an answer to tenancy databases used by agents and landlords, and says it’s only fair for his site to operate.

People can also praise their landlord or agent using the website, with many positive reviews available.
