Two women and a baby boy were inside a home that was sprayed with bullets in Sydney’s west last night.

At about 8.30pm, somebody allegedly fired multiple shots into the front window, loungeroom and bedroom of the home on Dunmore Street at Wentworthville.

Emergency services were called to the scene with forensics detectives examining a number of projectiles found outside the home.

Two women, aged 23 and 39, and a 10-month-old baby boy were inside at the time and managed to escape.

No arrests have been made but investigations are continuing.
