There have been calls to ensure that critical infrastructure is sufficiently resilient to foreign interference and cyberattacks.

Former Telstra chairwoman Catherine Livingstone has told Michael McLaren that while the infrastructure is robust, it’s becoming increasingly complex.

“National resilience has to be a national collaboration, not just from one organisation or one sector … it needs to involve government as well,” she said.
