An incredible idea is making it easy for Aussies to buy products from rural businesses struggling through drought.

Have you ever wanted to know how you could directly help the communities that have been left devastated by the drought that’s crippling the nation?

This incredible idea, called ‘Buy from the Bush’, collates images of beautiful products from businesses in regional areas, allowing people to buy directly from rural shops, boutiques and stores.

The Facebook and Instagram pages allow city-folk to send their money directly to the bush.

Founder Grace Brennan tells Ben Fordham the page has gone from zero followers to 15,000 followers in just one week.

“It’s remarkable. People just keep taking it on board and sharing it with their friends.”

She’s also encouraging small business owners in regional areas to tag her accounts so they can be featured on the pages.
