Firefighter fighting rare cancer that will leave him without a tongue

A 29-year-old firefighter is battling a rare cancer that will leave him without a tongue.

Sean has been diagnosed with Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma, a cancer affecting his salivary glands.

He will undergo surgery to have his tongue removed, leaving him unable to speak, eat or work professionally again.
