After previously struggling in April, Health secretary Dr Brendan Murphy has defined what a woman is.

The country’s leading health bureaucrat was asked a basic question during Senate Estimates in April.

Senator Alex Antic said: “Can you please define the definition of a woman?”

Dr Brendan Murphy decided to “take the question on notice”.

He has now responded, two months later.

According to the Federal Health Department:

“The Department of Health does not adopt a single definition”.

“The frameworks adopted to define a person’s gender include chromosomal makeup.. the gender assigned at birth… and the gender with which a person identifies”.

“Health policies and access to health programs are based on clinical evidence and clinical need for all Australians”.

“That is regardless of gender identity, biological characteristics, or genetic variations”.

“Our programs are designed to be inclusive and to provide better health and wellbeing for all Australians”.

“The definition is 78 words long,” Ben said.

Senator Alex Antic as blasted the definition as “absolute drivel”.
