Federal Court declares ABC ‘defamed’ Aussie soldier

Former Special Forces Commander Heston Russell has had an important victory in the Federal Court.
The veteran claims he was defamed in several stories.
The Federal Court ruled that the ABC did defame Mr Russell and now paves way for the ABC to defend its reporting.
“We questioned the ABC story from Day 1,” Ben said.
