Federal Attorney-General Michaelia Cash has slammed Labor’s claims that the Coalition will scrap the better off overall test.

The Labor Party has run a campaign saying that the Coalition will scrap the better off overall test, which essentially means if they’re re-elected, people’s wages could go down.

In return, the Coalition has turned the heat up on Labor, over their plan to scrap the Australian Building and Construction Commission.

The coalition announced today that if re-elected, they will seek to double the maximum penalties that courts can apply to the unions who continue to ignore the rule of law on worksites.

Ms Cash told Jim Wilson it’s just “another Labor lie”.

“Labor has no policy, no plan for Australia.”
