NBN has been rolling out ‘full-fibre to the premises’ upgrades nationwide, aiming to provide faster internet speeds to households.

To ensure families make the most of their internet, Jane McNamara from NBN has advised listeners to consider their plan and check if it can meet the household’s demands.

Jane McNamara told Clinton Maynard, “Full fibre to the home is now available, and we’ve got these amazing accelerated speeds coming from the 14th of September, and we don’t want anyone to miss out on the opportunity to to get that upgrade in practice.”

Ms McNamara advised that as most households are on a mid-tier plan with a high number of connected devices across the family, which could lead to poor internet performance, indicating that it may be a good opportunity to upgrade.
