When heading on a holiday, be it a couples retreat or a family getaway, we often look at reviews to decide where and even when to travel.
But, more and more, these reviews are being faked, sometimes with the help of AI and Chat GPT. Those reviews, they’re costing travellers $152 billion dollars a year.
