A concerned mother, Jenna, tells Mark Levy that students at Warragamba Public School were abused by a bus driver before being kicked off the service.
Teachers at the school were forced to collect two children from the street, and parents were asked to pick up their kids after the incident.
Jenna praised the work of staff at Warragamba Public School, but shared her frustration with the bus company for not speaking to parents.
