Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has condemned the terrorist attacks in Israel which occurred over the weekend.

The PM said there could be no defending the armed attacks by Hamas against innocent civilians, and said he was receiving briefings daily about whether any Australians are displaced, missing, or in danger during the conflict.

When asked about tonight’s Pro-Palestine protest march in Sydney, he asked those attending to reconsider or cancel the protest. Albanese once again confirmed his support for a two-state solution, reaffirming his hope for peace in the Middle East.
