EXCLUSIVE: Ray Hadley has revealed that developer ALAND will step in to complete the three remaining unfinished Skyview housing towers in Castle Hill.

The developer will also fix the defects in the shared car park of the two finished towers, which will eventually open up hundreds of rental apartments.
