We’ve got our hands on some incredible CCTV from PENRITH overnight.

It begins with two men in the front yard of a home on Hope Street. They’re dressed in track pants and hoodies with balaclavas covering their faces.

One of them is carrying a tin fuel can and is seen pouring petrol over the front of the home.
