Alan Jones is warning Australians the government’s obsession with the National Energy Guarantee (NEG) is getting worse and pushing the nation’s economy to the brink.

Treasurer Scott Morrison claims households could save $550 a year on power bills under the NEG.

Alan says this is a downright lie and asks economist Terry McCrann take on the claims.

Mr McCrann says it’s time our country’s politicians “wake up!”

“Walk away from the Paris agreement, which is a complete fraud, other than to destroy countries like Australia.

“Get back to reality!”
