Shane Warne has been farewelled at a private funeral at the St Kilda Football Club in Melbourne.

The likes of Allan Border, Mark Taylor, Michael Clark and Dannii Minogue were in attendance alongside the family.

Good friend Eddie McGuire hosted the service and gave a eulogy.

He gave Ben Fordham an insight into the day.

“It was a poignant, sophisticated, family funeral.”
