A man is in a serious condition in hospital after a crash overnight on Sydney’s northern beaches.

An e-scooter allegedly collided with a parked vehicle at the intersection of Carlton Street and Smith Lane, Manly.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the occupants of the e-scooter – a 41-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman – at the scene for facial injuries.

The man is in a serious but stable condition in hospital while the woman is stable.

It is not known who was riding the e-scooter but neither were wearing helmets.
