 A listener has sent Ben Fordham exclusive footage of a person driving… and watching a movie.

The vision was filmed last Thursday, just before 5pm, in the M5 tunnel.

Andy, who caught the driver, tells Ben Fordham “it’s absolutely ludicrous”.

“This person needs their licence cut up straight away.”

He tells Ben he’s sure there was a baby in the back seat.

Chief Inspector Phil Brooks from the NSW Highway Patrol Command tells Ben the offence carries a fine of $337 as well as a penalty of five demerit points.

“Last year 42,000 tickets were issued for people using their phones.

“Out of that, nearly 400 for people using video display units whilst driving.”
