2017 World Wine Tasting Champion Tinashe Nyamudoka from Zimbabwe has credited his profession as “very intriguing”.

‘Blind Ambition’ details a true but unbelievable story about four Zimbabwean refugees taking on the best of the wine world in France.

The film is being showcased at the Sydney Film Festival this year.

Mr Nyamudoka told Deborah Knight, “I needed a connection of home”.

“Wine was that channel that really took me home.”
