Mark Riddell has weighed in on the state of the St George Illawarra Dragons ahead of their blockbuster ANZAC Day clash with fierce rivals, the Sydney Roosters, during a lively discussion on the The Continuous Call Team.

Riddell highlighted the importance of the occasion, noting that ANZAC Day fixtures carry added emotion and intensity, often bringing out the best in both sides regardless of form. He pointed to the Dragons’ need for consistency and that Kade Reed who is on debut for the match ‘can’t be their (Dragons)  saviour’

With both teams eager to make a statement on one of the NRL calendar’s biggest stages, Riddell expects a physical, high-pressure contest worthy of the occasion.
