A Sovereign Citizen has been shot dead by police in Salt Lake City after failing to comply with officers after a traffic stop.

During an exchange where he was repeatedly asked to exit the vehicle but refused, Chase Allen told police they had no “jurisdiction” over him.

“ He used other known sovereign citizen phrases.”
