Delta Goodrem has paid tribute to her late friend Olivia Newton-John.

Goodrem went on to play Newton-John in Aussie biopic Olivia: Hopelessly Devoted to You.

She admitted to Ben Fordham it’s “still very raw to talk” as she joined him to reminisce on her friendship with the beloved star.

Their cancer battles bonded them together in a unique way.

“We had that beautiful kindred spirit together,” she told Ben.
