A blanket ban on mobile phone use in NSW high schools is picking up steam again after a ban was seen in primary schools.

Some parents agree and some don’t.

9Honey Senior Writer Joe Abi and Deborah Knight both had different views on the issue.

Deb stated that banning phones is good as it limits distractions for kids and helps them focus on their work.

Joe believes having communication with her daughter throughout the day is important to make her feel as comfortable as possible.
