A COVID positive patient has called into Ben Fordham Live to share the sobering effects of the virus.

Ralph is on oxygen at Blacktown Hospital after being diagnosed with COVID at the end of last week.

“Make sure everybody does the right thing … don’t end up like me buddy,” he told Ben Fordham.
