Former US President Donald Trump could face criminal charges over the January 6 Capitol Hill riots.

The attack left five people dead and caused millions of dollars in damage.

The committee investigating the incident is likely to recommend legal action against Mr Trump.

US Reporter Harley Carnes told Michael McLaren “this has been in the works since the first day of the riots”.
