The legendary songwriter behind Cold Chisel’s iconic songs has opened up to Clinton Maynard about the release of his new solo album Love Songs.

Don Walker revealed some of the songs were written over 20 years ago and shared why the record has a country tone woven throughout.

“I have [worked] with the same guys broadly for a long time, and they tend to be from the blues or jazz or country areas of our music establishment here, and they tend to be … among the best of the people in there,” he said.
