Protestors are demonstrating outside State Parliament over a court’s decision to jail a climate activist.

Violet Coco has been sentenced to 15 months prison for blocking part of the Sydney Harbour Bridge earlier this year.

Her supporters claim climate change activist has been treated unfairly.

2GB Senior Reporter Clinton Maynard told Luke Grant the protestors made their feelings clear.

“The language which was being used was quite disturbing, you could hear every four letter word under the sun.”
