It’s finally happened.
Chris Smith is interviewing a vegan for Good Tucker.
And it’s not all bad news.
Matt Kenney, head chef at Alibi in Sydney’s Woolloomooloo, killed his first deer at 10 years old and was originally trained as a butcher.
Now, he’s running his own plant-based restaurant.
“Once chefs learn that vegetables can be as exciting as fish or meat and start applying the same attention and passion, it will change the way we eat.”
