CCTV | Man who threw hot coffee at cafe staff in western Sydney charged
A man who was been caught on CCTV throwing hot coffee in the face of staff at a western Sydney cafe has been charged.
Following inquiries and a public appeal, a 31-year-old man attended Granville Police Station last friday and spoke with investigators.
The incident occurred at Soul Bowl in Rosehill.
He has since been issued a court attendance notice for common assault and is due to appear at Parramatta Local Court on the 26th of July.

Owner Lily told Ben Fordham the man had offered to pay for the coffee of another woman he didn’t know.
The woman refused and so when the employee wouldn’t accept the payment the man threw the coffee at the staff member
“Directly onto his face,” Lily said.
