A car has rolled off the road and crashed over a barrier at a popular tourist area at Bondi Beach.

The Range Rover flipped on its roof when it crashed onto a pedestrian walkway next to Notts Avenue around 10.45am.

Emergency services closed the road as they retrieved the car.

Nine reporter Ruth Wynn-Williams tells Deborah Knight it’s a miracle no one was injured in the accident.

“A woman was travelling along… she had a minor scrape in her car, jumped out to see what had happened, and haven’t we all done it before, she left the handbrake off.”
