An Australian childcare provider is looking to recruit grandparents to fill staff shortages.

The Extend Group CEO Kim Fenton told Ben Fordham they just want the right person for the job.

“No one ever talks about age diversity.

“Those older Australians bring with them a wisdom that they can impart on the children but also on our younger staff.”
