Burt Bacharach has died, aged 94
Legendary composer and songwriter Burt Bacharach has died aged 94.
Mr Bacharach is the composer behind more than 500 songs widely known as one of the greatest songwriters of the 20th century.
Bacharach worked with the likes of Tom Jones, Neil Diamond and Dionne Warwick with his work covered by Elvis and The Beatles.
He was honoured with 6 Grammys and 3 Oscars over the course of his 70-year-long career.
The composer died of natural causes in his Los Angeles home.
