Bunnings, known for its incredible sausage sizzle, its never-ending aisles and product options, has claimed the title of ‘strongest’ brand in Australia.

Brand Finance Australia runs an annual analysis of retailers brand strength, with the hardware giant remaining a staple throughout the pandemic, leading the charge in brand strengthening, quality, innovation, customer service and value for money.

Advertising Expert Carolyn Miller told Deborah Knight, “I think their customer service has upped the ante over the past few years”.

“They’re consistent and authentic for what the experience is.”

When asked what makes the powerhouse stand out, the advertising expert said “Bunnings has a strong emotional connection”.
