Bronnie Taylor weighs in on NSW nurse staffing crisis

Acting NSW Health Minister Bronnie Taylor has responded to Drive’s exclusive details yesterday on the working conditions of staff in a Western Sydney hospital.

Yesterday, two nurses revealed the strain on resources and staff.

Minister Taylor told Jim Wilson the reason NSW Health is has not improved nurse-to-patient ratios is due to the skill level of staff.

“You need to actually gauge the care to what the patient needs.”
