NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has announced a further easing of restrictions.

From midnight on Friday masks will no longer be enforced with a fine across Greater Sydney, with the exception of public transport.

Businesses will revert back to the one-person-per-two-square-metre rule after NSW recorded 24 days with no community transmission.
