There’s been a major incident in Sydney’s inner west.

Drummoyne’s intersection between Lyons Road and Victoria Road has seen a bus flipped partially onto its side.

The incident happened around midday in Drummoyne. Since the crash, 20 people have been assessed by paramedics, while the driver has been questioned by police.

One person in a four-wheel drive has been taken to hospital, alongside the bus driver and a passenger.
