‘Braindead morons’ blasted for smoking and drinking at memorial

Mark Levy says he was infuriated by protestors swarming Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance yesterday.

In another day of rallies, protestors descended on the memorial, claiming to be in honour of suicide victims during the pandemic.

“The servicemen and women who fought and died for this country would be utterly ashamed of these vigilantes,” he said.

“I think it’s a bit rich for the protestors to chant “lest we forget”, … yet these low-lives stood there smoking, drinking bourbon cans.”

The rallies initially began as a protest against mandatory vaccinations for the construction industry.

“If these people think some sort of violent protest on the streets of Melbourne is going to force the hand of the Victorian government to ease restrictions, they are kidding themselves.

“They are just brainwashed, braindead morons causing trouble.”
