Andrew Bolt tells 2GB’s Chris Smith the Prime Minister has been “playing a losing hand” since a Royal Commission into Australia’s big banks was raised last year.

‘The issue is the government didn’t do this a long time ago.  The Prime Minister argued a position and has lost it comprehensively.”

“This [royal commission] was a train. It was going to clean him out. Everyone was saying yes to a Royal Commission and in the end he gave in because the banks gave in.”

Bolt also slammed disgraced Labor Senator Sam Dastyari’s conduct.
