Body of missing woman Qi Yu found on side of the M1 motorway

Police have confirmed to Ray Hadley they believe they’ve found the body of missing woman Qi Yu.
Qi Yu, 28, was last seen at Campsie, in Sydney’s south-west, where she lived.
She last made contact with her family in China on Friday 8 June.
Truckies have called Ray Hadley to report a heavy police presence on the M1, south of the Berowra exit.
Resident ‘Mike’ tells Ray police horses and dirt bikes, along with the Public and Order Riot Squad, have been searching in the area in recent weeks.

On Saturday 9 June, police located Ms Yu’s white Toyota Corolla in Lindsay Street, Burwood.
Following inquiries, they later charged her 19-year-old flatmate Shuo Dong with murder.
